SUMMER PALACE - Neighborhood & Location

Summer Palace is located in the Ala Moana neighborhood on Kahakai Drive which is on a side street off of Atkinson Drive and is right next to the Hawaii Convention Center. The building is close to Magic Island and Ala Moana Beach Park as well as the entrance to Waikiki. There are also many restaurants and eateries located nearby on Kapiolani Blvd and Ala Moana Shopping Center

SUMMER PALACE - Common Areas & Amenities

Summer Palace has a good amount of amenities for an older building that was build in the mid 70s. This is one of the few buildings to feature a dual level amenity deck. On the third floor there is a swimming pool, lounge chairs, party tables, BBQ grill, small library, and a steam room. Then if you go to the top of the building you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, city, and mountains. The top floor has two covered cabanas that could be used for parties as well as a putting green.

Summer Palace - Views

All the units within Summer Palace face East/Diamond Head but due to other buildings, you cannot see Diamond Head. The view planes is more of a city view however you do get some ocean and mountain views if you angle yourself on your lanai from your unit. Or you can go to the rooftop amenity deck to get view planes of the mountain, city, and ocean. Below are views taken from the lanai of Summer Palace on the 17th floor.

Summer Palace - Floor Plans

Summer Palace consists of three different 1-bedroom variations. All units face the Diamond Head/East side and has an open air hallway corridor that faces the Ewa/West side of the building.
